In Massachusetts we built a rock pond. It was fun, although they now know us by name at Mahoney's Garden Center. We put a plastic pond in the ground, brought in the rocks and stacked them around the pond, and put in the pump. To top it off, we added some lilly pads and hyacinths, and our new pet goldfish named "Fenway". Robin wanted to try to raise more flowers in Winchester and it worked. The area next to our neighbors had a variety of flowers and plants		That year we raised beans, peppers, and lots of tomatos. This past year we put out some tomato plants along the side of the house in West Lafayette. It was our son Mitchell's first time at trying to grow plants! Below is Allen in the garden in Massachusetts.   All the plants and flowers previously planted around the backyard came up in abundance. We added a table and chairs. The evenings were great!
